We are located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood in Northwest Meridian there is tons to do right outside the door.  We do not have any pets to take care of we just ask for light cleaning and property maintenance and some customer communication (we have room rentals inside the home) but your area is very private with all of the downstairs of the home.  You will be taking care of occasional cleaning in some of our rental homes that are long term rentals very infrequently and our winter months are slow season for us.

**Boise is a beautiful city with lots of outdoor activities fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, hiking, skiing, rafting, biking trail and street. We are only 4 hrs from Redfish Lake and the Sawtooth Mountains, a 7 hr drive to Yellowstone National Park. Easy and cheap flights to Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, Oregon Coast,  Portland and Seattle about 1 to 2 hr flight**
