We are planning to visit our families in India after 3 years, for around a month, so we need some loving people (preferably couple) to take care of our house and our gorgeous dog baby who is a 1-year-old Maltese-Shih Tzu. He has a friendly nature, loves cuddles . We have a small aquarium too at house which need daily once feeding. Our house is a very special place to us and I'm sure you'll love your time here. We live in Titirangi area in Auckland, which is a great location, close to many beaches and 20 minutes' drive to central Auckland. The house is single storied 4-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Have centralized aircon and a separate AC in the living room. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway or on the street. We have a well-maintained small vegetable garden and indoor plant collection too. This housesit would be ideally suited to an older couple or a quiet homebody.
What we offer:
Large comfortable 4 bedroom home - fully furnished in a neighborhood very safe and quiet, perfect for couples. Bus stops right in front of the house . Just a short walk to the charming Titirangi village, with its cafes, art gallery & shops and 20 minutes drive to Auckland CBD. GPs, Gym, bar, dentist, pharmacy and restaurants all within 4min driving distance. Centralised Aircon , a small in-house gym with treadmill , TV with several streaming services and free Netflix and Amazon Prime included plus free wifi all make the space a comfortable one to retreat to rain or shine.
What we expect:
Feeding dog twice a day, Walking our dog 1-2 times a day, Feeding fish daily once and watering of indoor and outdoor plants.
No parties please and kindly be mindful of noise after 10pm.
