Hello! My family and I live in the heart of Orange County in a luxury master planned community called Baker Ranch. We own a brand new townhome with modern appliances and fully equiped with wifi, A/C, washer/dryer, and luxury amenities which includes 5 pools and tennis courts with multiple parks and trails. We are looking for someone to stay with us for 4 days while we visit family for Thanksgiving. We have one Pomeranian dog that would need to be cared for, but no other duties while you are here. The dog requires to be fed and walked twice a day. He may need a couple potty breaks through the day, but is fine alone for 4-6 hours if you are visiting friends/family or here to sight see. He also loves to sleep at your feet on the bed, however it is not a necessity, as after begging for a few minutes he can sleep under the bed. Location-wise, we are 20 minutes from beaches and minutes from shopping centers and restaurants. We are surrounded by canyons, and the townhome is 1695 square feet. You would have your own guest room with a full sized bed and your own bathroom. We are very neat and clean people and are looking for a non-smoker.
