House and Pet sitting. We have 3 small poodles all under 15 pounds ages 6 to 12. We have a fenced backyard where they play and Miss Lizzy has HER swimming pool. She is the only one that likes water. Miss Lizzy is also the athlete and can play fetch till you get tired. The sit requires care of the dogs, upkeep the house and mow when necessary. We would also need you to bring us to Sanford airport and pick us up, thus leaving the car for your use. Our location is minutes from the beach and Canaveral National Seashore. The house is 3/2/2 with 1 bedroom made into an office with high speed internet and wifi throughout the property. I would like to find a couple or mature single person, preferably from USA as I do not want to deal with the pressure of international arrivals and problems that can happen. Great place for some one from the north wanting to get out of the cold and enjoy Edgewater/New Smyrna Beach. Reluctantly might offer my car for shopping etc, but my last house sitter totaled my other car so a little queasy on making this offer. Caring for the dogs first and foremost and keep the house clean and the yard kept up. Grass is mostly dormant during the times of our vacation but weeds can still grow. Not alot of work but concentration on walking the dogs and putting them on the tread mill when the weather is bad. If interested send me your information and references. Thank you in advance
