Simply housesitting. We have no pets, no children a complete monitored alarm system and close neighbors. This is just back up security. Our expectations are the house being in the same condition when we return as when we left. We will leave one car in the driveway, we have external motion detectors exterior lighting and everything but a dog that would make burglary extremely unlikely anyway, but we are also considering a housesitter with references.
