Beautiful 3 story condo (plus rooftop patio with jacuzzi) in Thornton Park, 3 blocks from Lake Eola. Need a very responsible cat-lover to care for a very energetic kitty who requires a lot of love and attention. There are also 6 gerbils, but they need little care: fresh food and water. The cat plays fetch (and sometimes tag or hide and seek) and needs live-in company while we're away. Of course, he also needs the basics: food, water, and litter box maintenence.
