Beautiful modern single family home in Tampa, Florida on the Gulf coast. We are non smokers living in a quiet, safe community. We have a large private fenced-in backyard and a screened-in lanai with a koi pond surrounded by a lush tropical garden. We have ample room with a full modern kitchen and adjacent dining room, living room and family room with fireplace. We have internet Wifi and cable TV.
We are 30 minutes from some of the best beaches in the U.S. and just over 1 hour from Disney in Orlando with short distances to shopping, dining, parks, biking trails, golf courses. Things to see and do include Lowry Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Busch Gardens, Ybor City, various museums and theater.
We would like our house sitter to take great care of our dog, feed our koi fish, water the potted plants and maintain the house with the same care like you would your own.
Our pup is a 9 year old affectionate Swedish Lapphund who enjoys interacting with people and thrives on daily walks - mornings and evenings - and also loves attention, playing games and car rides. |
