I live in a 24 unit apt bldg, right across from Rose Hospital. The bldg is secure with a manager onsite 24/7.There is a small park 1 block from here on Hale Pkwy. City Park is 5 minutes from here the zoo and Denver Museum of Nature and Science reside there.. This is a culturally diverse community quiet for the most part. Cherry Creek is close by, as well as a Target and lots of others places on Colorado Blvd. some Eatery's are within walking distance. It is a one bedroom apt,approx 750 sq ft.It has great heat, newer windows, laundry room.Kitchen is small , has dish washer and whirlpool appliances.It is a warm and cozy setting, huge front facing west window for watching snowfall. Nice thing about apt sitting here the Manager takes care of anything that goes wrong......I have 2 cats so a cat person preferred .They like attention in early morning and evening.Prefer a person who is home a few hours early a.m. and p.m. and overnight.These cats are friendly but not demanding.
