Would ideally like to do a house exchange with someone from northern California for a year, Brief description: 4 Bedroom furnished detached house, with a large deck, south facing garden located in the outskirts of Portlaoise, Co Laois. There is a grocery store, pub, medical centre, and numerous eateries within 3 minutes walk. Portlaoise is located in the middle of the country. We are 1 hour drive to Dublin, 2 hours to Galway, 1 hour 15 minutes to Limerick and 1 and a half to Cork.
