House is rancher style. It's in good shape. We're looking for someone to keep the house 'lived in'. Houses with no one in them look sad and seem to deteriorate. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and a full basement. Photo shows house with snow. Don't worry - that's rare. Alabama has temperate winters and beautiful spring and fall.  Summer can be quite warm but you would have access to our membership to Monte Sano Club, quite literally the most beautiful private pool/club complex in Alabama (on bluff of Monte Sano mountain) and of course, the house is air-conditioned.  Our neighborhood is extremely private.
