About Us
Are you looking for experienced
pet and property sitters (after September 2024) to give you peace of mind while you’re away? Look no
further! We’re Larry & Laurie Kron, a Canadian couple who grew up with cats,
dogs and other pets. We love to travel and meet new people, which is why we
started home and pet sitting as a way to see more of the world and still get
our pet fix.
We
began ‘sitting’ in May 2005 with a series of sits in California and have been
hooked on travelling, house exchanges, and property sitting ever since. We’ve
completed assignments in various locations across the USA, Canada, Costa Rica,
and even have a future assignment in Denmark! But our most interesting house
exchange was near Disney World, Florida, where we watched over a 100-acre farm
with a 6-foot alligator on site (we checked daily to ensure he was still in his

Just this summer, I sold my home, retired from owning my own business for 40 years, sold 90% of my belongs, turned 60 and have been RAV4’ing it..‼️‼️‼️I have a life time experience of house sitting and pet care, along with owning my own dogs who both have recently passed at 16 last year. Hello, I am a happy, healthy 61 yr young Canadian woman and have been been caretaking lovely properties and pets around the world for 15 years. Now retired and available year round. Some previous pets and properties I've looked after include a sheep farm in Wisconsin, 4 horses in Tuscany, a black lab in Ecuador,Tilapia and exotic fish on a Belize fruit farm, cats in Ireland and Bali, parrots and many dogs in several homes in Mexico, as well as chickens and even a tarantula in Costa Rica. I've also cared for some fine homes in Vancouver Island, Tuscany and Mexico. Last winter was spent in Botswana doing 2 housesits with cats, great Dane, Boston terrier and 2 rescue dogs.
