We have been homeowners for over 45 years. We are meticulously tidy and know how to care for and maintain a home. I traveled extensively on business, but now retired, am ready to travel at a more leisurely pace. I am modestly fluent (although rusty) in French, Portuguese, and to a lesser extent, Spanish and Italian. My wife is retiring soon and we plan to spend 50-70% of our time traveling. Our timing is completely flexible but we are looking to spend the winter of 24-25 in the Alps, summer/fall of 2025 in or near the Adriatic, (Italy, Croatia) summer of 26 in either the Caribbean or the South Pacific, and are open a multitude of other destinations. We have probably too many pets…. 3 cats and an Aussie shepherd but I love them all . I was raised in a very large family so I have excellent cleaning organizational skills. I love to travel. Very active outdoorsy lifestyle. Travel solo a lot so house/dog sitting would make sense during my travels. Non-smoker, rarely drink, quiet, and would take excellent care of your home. I usually leave a place cleaner than when I arrived. :) read more
