Hope this note finds you well, and doing what I seem to nearly always be doing ... planning a next adventure!

I am a FT professional, working remotely from my home in Minneapolis with the ability to work from almost anywhere in the U.S. My tenure with my current employer is 19 years. I really enjoy my role and the organization is pretty awesome too. 

I own and care for my home that I purchased 24 years ago.

Please know that I do not have pets of my own. It's been since childhood that I have had pets in my home. Previous work travel prevented me from believing being gone that often was fair to a pet . I do in-house overnight-sitting for my nephew's three cats and two dogs (incl. a loving pitbull mix) when he is away on vacation. And, I have done in-house sitting for a friend's kitty when she travels.

My travels have taken me to numerous U.S. and European cities to watch professional tennis tournaments, Europe for food and exploration, Utah for hiking (The Wave, Angels Landing), Lake Chelan for boating, St. Pete (FL) to see friends, Massachusetts to see the early America sites of my ancestors, and so many more fantastic places.

Since at least 2005, when traveling, I have rented a home; I have a stellar renter rating on both AIRBNB and VRBO. Most owner comments are related to the wonderful, immaculate condition in which I have left the home, and that I am welcome back at any time.

Turning to the purpose of this site, my preference is for longer assignments (e.g., a week at minimum) with about a month's notice. It would be nice to have flexibility during the assignment to have experiences in the area (museum time, hiking, etc.), but not a must. As I will also be working, the use of one computer monitor (ideally two) would be fantastic.
