Dear Homeowner,
I am writing this referral letter to let you know I have had Carmen stay at my home on numerous occasions for several years. I leave for vacation or a business trip with full confidence in her ability to oversee my house and anything that might happen in my absence.
Carmen has the code for my garage door and I trust her completely. There has never been an issue arise from her housesitting for me. My neighbors have met her and are also comfortable with her staying at my home. She has permission to use my outdoor grill along with any kitchen appliances she chooses. Upon my return, everything is as clean and tidy as I left it. Even the towels and linens she used are washed and folded.
The little things like watering my plants, bringing in mail or packages, even handling unexpected problems that came along were handled swiftly and responsibly. I highly recommend Carmen as a house sitter. She has watched our home on several occasions while we were traveling for vacation and work. After her first time, I knew that I would continue to request Carmen. She has always left the house in better condition than when she arrives. I have absolutely no hesitation in entrusting Carmen with my house and my pets. My home has never been damaged under her care and as a matter of fact, she has fixed a few items that were not previously working while she was here. I have had no complaints from any neighbors (I think they know her better than they do me). Carmen doesn't blink an eye at any of my special requests. The house is always Immaculate when we return and the mail is neatly stacked. She even goes above and beyond and will do additional cleaning as she feels necessary. The peace of mind I get from hiring Carmen is worth every penny. There's no one else I would trust with my pets or my house. Her green thumb with my interior and exterior plants is also a plus. You will not be disappointed in hiring Carmen.
