I believe that I am extremely qualified for this job because of my organizational skills and my ability to take care of properties.  I graduated from Pelham Memorial High School in 1981 and I am single so I can relocate quickly.  I recently retired from the New York State Department of Transportation after 30 years as a Highway Maintenance worker.  I was responsible for ensuring that the roads/highways were safe to travel and in good repair throughout the year.  In the winter months I plowed the roads and the rest of the year we kept the roadways free of debris.  I was responsible for maintaining the trucks and all of the equipment.  In addition, I was responsible for keeping all of the warehouses, buildings, machine shops, and office spaces clean,
