hello, my large home sits on 4 view acres & is surrounded by agriculture on a country road within 10 miles of oceanside beaches in north san diego county(approx 45 minutes from downtown). great location for tourists who want to see san diego and orange county sites, as well as for hanging out & relaxing. 1/ the important thing is we have an akita who loves attention and needs to be fed once a day & taken care of -- she sleeps in the house at night. during the day she has run of the property so is low-maintainence, but needs loving attention. be certain you are at not at all apprehensive re: large active dogs or it would definitely not work out. 2/ i am seeking an extremely dependable person or couple with detailed references...please: MUST have own car, non-smoking, ABSOLUTELY NO other pets or kids allowed on property in our absence. some potted plants will need watering & you'll need to keep the place tidy and swept. 3/ who would spend every night here from july16- august 1. 4/ MUST be available for face-to- face interview so the dog can meet you. this is a great opportunity, but, you & the dog must be comfortable w/ each other...also, i will prob do an online background check.... pls, no other pets or kids..... thanks!! |
