Home in a quiet beach neighborhood. Two story home with a large backyard, close to the beach. The residence features washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, high speed internet, and satellite television. My partner and I have been together for fifteen years and have travel plans coming up.
The main reason we are looking for a house sitter is that we have two small dogs who we would prefer stay at the house rather than being boarded. They are normally with us 24/7, as they also go to work with us. Therefore, we are looking for someone who will be able to stay at our home, be able to take them out for regular potty breaks outside, feed the dogs, and brush their coat, and give them a dog bath. Our preference is someone who is retired or is able to work from home on their computer.
We also have a koi pond that needs to have a filter basket cleaned out once a week. It's quite easy to do with a garden hose and takes about five minutes. We do have a grooming appointment for the dogs which they need to go to at a local groomer, and we would have the appointment prepaid. |
