There’s three stories - first floor entrance, second floor has 2 guest bedrooms with private bathroom (shower, bath, toilet, vanity) and another separate private toilet, living room, kitchen and TV room, third floor has a beautiful studio and our bedroom and ensuite. The living area opens out onto a beautiful private and sunny courtyard, right next to the park - great for chilling out. Your bedroom has a double bed (2.03m x 1.53m) and a cupboard with wardrobe and draws. It a large sliding door opening to a beautiful deck with stunning elevated bush views. There's a washing machine and dryer and clothes horse as well for drying. The home has been lovingly newly renovated with a stunning new modern kitchen/living with white floors and new carpet throughout. We have two beautiful 1 year old cats - Orca and Minke Please - We have a no shoes policy in the house to protect all the beautiful new flooring. |
