Come stay in our cottage on a farm in the Karoo.
Remote and surrounded with hills and mountains - lots of hiking scope. There are still wild life on the farm and if you're lucky you can see the endangered riverine rabbit, mongoose or even the odd kudu. Babboon, porcupine and you might even spot a leopard.
A working farm that produces onion and carrot seed, plums and apricots.
Our cottage is easily accessible from the N1 and stands on its own fenced-in yard.
It is a very comfortable 2-bedroom, cape-dutch home and is situated about 600m from the farmer's homestead.
It has a comfortable bathroom with shower, there is a tv, dishwasher and there a laundry room outside.
Enjoy and care for our 4 animals - 2 cats and 2 dogs.
Dogs: A male standard poodle called Claude who loves playing fetch.
A female golden retriever called Noi who loves to play in the water.
The dogs need to go for at least a 30min walk a few times per week.
All animals need a good daily brush and to be fed 2x a day.
All our animals sleep inside the house and they are loving companions to us. They are all healthy and very friendly. |
