Our home is a traditional 2-story Colonial style home, approx 3,500 sq ft, On 1/2 an acre. We're located on the North side of Atlanta just outside the perimeter highway. Atlanta offers a wide range of sports and cultural attractions.
Our home is professionally landscaped and we have long-term professional lawn, plantings and pool maintenance in place. We would expect the house sitter to keep the interior clean and organized.
We have two indoor/outdoor cats and feed a third stray at the back door. Our cats are family members who will need to be fed, their litter box cleaned daily and TLC provided. They have a fairly simple routine going out in the early morning, spending the afternoon indoors napping and then in and out a couple of times in the evening before bedtime.
We will be away while I am receiving medical treatment. Presuming all goes well I expect to be allowed home sometime between the end of April and the end of May so some schedule flexibility as to the end date would be appreciated.
