In French Polynesia [not France] a beautiful home on the mountain in Tahiti overlooking the Sea of the Moon and the fabled island of Moorea beyond. Requires about 1/2 hr 4 days a week and 1.5  to 3 hours 3 times a week caring for 2 dogs, 2 birds, feeding fish is 4 aquariums and 4 fish ponds, and watering plants. Also requires that one just generally be observant of any problems that might occur, i.e., automatic watering systems etc.

     Note: this is not a paid position, i.e., simply an exchange of living in a beautiful home in Tahiti [which many consider to be paradise] at no cost to you in exchange for your services in occupying and maintaining our home in our absence.  There are a lot of details to know so we would request you arrive a day or two before we leave to properly explain everything.  You can stay with us during that time, until we leave the night of April 27th  I should also explain that it is the guest bedroom which is available and that our master bedroom is to remain unoccupied.  Although I believe most would consider our home beautiful with a world class view, I’m not sure one could call it a luxury home.  The  appliances are ordinary but functional, etc.  Also, as we are up on the mountain 5 minutes from the main road around the island, it would require your renting a car for the period, which I believe would cost about $1,500.00 for 5 weeks.  Although only 5 minutes up the mountain, the road is very steep and not practical to walk.
