We live in a very nice, fully air conditioned 3 bdrm, 2 bath home in a lovely gated community (Land and Houses) with all the amenities (swimming pool, gym, sports courts, biking, exercise and walking trails, restaurant, laundry service, mini Mart). We are located an easy 10km drive to the center of town. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, and malls in our area. Chiang Mai town itself is great with lots of things to do from visiting exotic temples, to street markets, to $5 traditional Thai massages, to excellent restaurants of all types, and walking the ancient moat.
