My husband and I are looking for a professional single person or married/partnered couple to housesit our new home for us while we have to be away with work between the 16th Nov 2015 and 1st March 2016. The most important responsibility would be looking after our very very affectionate 14yo Siamese cat as we cannot bring him with us unfortunately during our absence and is an indoor cat who requires a lot of daily cuddles (does not do well when left on his own, gets very upset and anxious).
We have a beautiful 5 bedroom detatched house (over 5500 sq feet with over 10,000sq foot lot) in a private gated community in NW Vegas (Aliante area) which we are currently renovating (having just bought the home) to include wood floors/tile throughout the home. There are 5 spacious bedrooms, all with en-suites and extra large master bedroom with large on-suite including whirlpool pool and separate shower and large walk in closet. There is a further large self-sustaining guest room on the main floor and 3 further bedrooms on the second floor along with an office, games room, large downstairs kitchen with 2 separate islands with chairs for breakfast, separate dining room and 2x living rooms downstairs. Outside in the back-garden there is a well maintained pool with spa(larger than standard Vegas pools) , gardens with Palm trees and large grass area along with a basketball court. The front garden offers a covered veranda with decorative gardening and there is a 2 car attached garage with a large driveway. The property sides onto a big quiet private park and there is privacy maintained in the back garden with large palms and other decorative trees.
The house will be mostly furnished (with exception of 2 of the bedrooms) as some furniture has yet to arrive from the UK and will have a fully furnished master and spare bedroom along with Kitchen and living room. TVs and electronics will be there for your use along with all standard soft furnishings and kitchenware.
ADT security with video & wireless is installed throughout the house and garden and there is a weekly pool cleaner, lawn person and there is the option of a housecleaner coming on a weekly or bi-weekly bases.
We require a responsible professional individual or couple to live-in our home in order to best look after our cat during our absence and will be keen to conduct face-to-face interviews for any interested applicants from the 15-20th of October at our house.
