Large single family home in new neighborhood. Need Sitter to periodically check on house, as it is listed for sale. And would also like Sitter to come over before and after showings, to make sure house is properly shut down and locked. Showings are infrequent (once/week?), and can be scheduled with only 4 hours advance notice.
