We are a rental property - very busy in the summer hosting yoga groups and empty for most of the winter. A large beautiful 8 bedroom property with garden and 7 hectares of land based one hour from Rome in the Sabine hills. It is a very special area of Lazio, not touristy at all and a beautiful nature spot, ideal for walking and cycling yet close to places of interest such as Orvieto and Rome.
We would like a couple to be based in the house and keep the house, garden and pool in good condition out of season. There will also be certain maintenance jobs such as painting, varnishing or repairing things - and there are no pets. We prefer a minimum 4 weeks but can be longer.
Occasionally some help with weekend events and guests if there are some rentals (but this is not so common in the winter).
It is important that you have transport, some Italian is preferred. |
