House is in walking distance to shops about 15 mins. Pool that needs to have filter cleaned weekly. 2 small dogs that need to be feed, loved and would enjoy a walk. Gold fish inside and a pond outside needs to keep filter clean and be feed. Lastly our eclectus parrot that needs feeding every day and enjoys someone to talking to her, she can be loud at times. Plants need watering. Yard to look after There is internet and foxtel in the house.
