Assignment Description:

This modern well appointed 2 BR home with pool and small garden needs to be lived in during the low/rainy season in Uvita. You will need your own 4x4 vehicle to access the home which is about 2 miles up a mountain road. The pool and house are looked after by a nearby property manager so the only real responsibility is to keep the place occupied and cared for. We can discuss more if you are interested.
