We offer Free Rent against doing Miscellaneous tasks for the period between December 18 and December 31, 2015. This is NOT a paid job.
The available apartment is a one bedroom, one bathroom with a kitchenette. It is attached to our house.
Our house is located north of South Beach, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach.
We are traveling during that period of time.
You would be able to stay in the apartment during this period in exchange for the following tasks:
Pet care: Our German Shepard Lola is a great house guarding dog. When we travel, she needs some company and have to be fed and walked twice a day so she doesn't go crazy. She love chasing balls in the garden and is very friendly when she knows you. We also have a cat that comes in and out and just need to be let in and fed when he shows up.
Miscellaneous tasks (only when needed): Assisting coordinating with providers or repairmen for several properties that we care for when needed.

We have a 1BR apartment in Tallahassee, FL and one cat.The apartment complex is about 15 minutes from the capital and beaches are within an hour.There are workout facilities, pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and paths in our complex. Major requirement is to care for home and pool (it is easy), contact (owner supplied) repair people if needed, Little or no yard work as Landscaper comes every other week to mow and clean up yard.Basically want the house lived in while I am away. Located true lake front on lake cannon chain of lakes. Two story 4 bdrm 3 bath. Just house sitting over 1000 DVDs movies to watch, Internet, food, fishing if that's your thing just need a sitter for approximately 10 days, mane a day or two less, going to set up my RV in a park in Louisiana where my children and grandchildren live. I have another great grandson on the way in May and graduation of two granddaughters. So because I have pets that travel with me I want my own place so I don't impose on the new little one.
