HelloI am looking for a couple or single responsible persons to take care of my home and my three poodle dogs. The location of the house is a wonderful place in July. You are just minutes from the beach as well as many parks along the intracoastal waterway, golf courses, trails, parks of all type and just enjoying the property you are living on. The back yard of the property is fenced but they do need to be leashed walked daily. The house has wifi as well as an office with direct internet. Television is only digital antenna but I do have hulu and 2 smart tvs so streaming is your other choice. The yard will need cutting once while I am gone and of course keeping up the house. If you would be flying in I pick up and return to the airport and you would have a car available to use while I was gone. The dogs get walked both morning and evening to avoid the heat of the day. We are an American couple who are blessed to own a lovely 6 Bedroom home on 10 acres just North of Tampa Florida. We are looking for a mature couple* to help us out with Gardening, Cleaning, General Home Maintenance and looking after 2 mini ponies and a fluffy bunny.
*Sorry, but this means no singles or families. Past experience shows
that our place is too remote for single folks and doesn't work well for us or
them, and as far as families, we can only offer a one bedroom suite
that accommodates two people only. We ask for 25 hours work/week per person in exchange for the use of our 6 bedroom with pool home on 10 acres (utilities and Wi-Fi included) We don't micro-manage, you can do everything in 3 days
