Ref: Louise & Andy looked after our three rescue dogs and our chickens while we holidayed in Hungary this year. They came the week before to meet the dogs and to see how everything worked in the house so on the morning of our departure we could leave nice and early. They kept in touch whilst we were away sending pictures etc. and on our return had left the house super clean and tidy, all the animals were very happy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to look after your property and pets. Ref: Louise and her husband were completely fabulous sitters. Our 3 cats were so well looked after, they looked happy and contented on our return. Our house looked cleaner coming home than it did before we left. Louise had washed our bed linen and towels too. We had some flowers, chocolates and wine on the worktop for our arrival home. They went above and beyond our expectations and we felt completely at ease leaving our precious fur babies in their care. Thank you so much Louise.

Sept 25th to Sept 29th 2017 Toodyay (return house sit). Looked after a small farm, eleven Ragdoll cats (six were kittens), three alpacas, one dog, two guinea fowl and ten hens.

Sept 9th to Sept 25th 2017 Wembley Downs, Perth. Looked after the home and Jack the cat.

10th Aug to 24th Aug 2017 Nelson, New Zealand. Looked after the home, a three year-old Border Collie and two 18 year-old cats. We took the dog for two walks each day and gave the cats a daily pat or two and some grooming as they sat in their bed on the sunny window sill.

3rd July -  12 July 2017 Dunsborough WA. Looked after the home and one dog. Walked the dog daily. The dog had diabetes and I was required to give him daily insulin injections.


April 14 to April 17 2017 Kalgoorlie WA. Looked after the home and two dogs. Took out the bins.

We were very lucky to have such lovely and kind people look after our dogs which allowed us to enjoy our weekend away with the peace of mind that everything was taken cared for at home. Jan 23 to Jan 26 2017 Toodyay (return house sit). Looked after a small farm, seventeen Ragdoll cats (eight were baby kittens), three alpacas, one dog, two guinea fowl and ten hens.

Aug 15 to Sept 5 2016 Green Range WA (return house sit). Looked after small farm, one horse, sheep, chooks and a sheepdog.

Louise has house sat for us on 4 occasions now. We require a responsible sitter as we are in a rural location and need someone to be on the property not only to care for our animals, 1 horse, 10 chickens, 1 old dog, and 100 sheep, but also for security reasons. Louise is very capable at caring for the animals checking the water and feeding out hay when required. Louise also is needed to pump water for the garden which requires starting a stationary motor at a dam to pump water to the garden tank at the house. We are always happy to have Louise house sit for us as we know that the farm is in safe hands. She is our preferred sitter.

If you are after a fantastic house sitter Louise is the person you are looking for. Louise sat our house, dogs, chooks and axolotl on our 18 acre rural property for 4 weeks. Her communications before, during and after the sit were brilliant. The house was spotless when arrive home and there were even fresh flowers on the table. We had the holiday of our life knowing the house was in great hands. Thanks Louise!!

Mar 4 to Mar 9 2015 Lower Snug Tasmania. Looked after the home, watered vegetables and pot plants, fed, walked and brushed a Maremma dog, checked hay and water for 4 llamas and 3 sheep, fed and let out/locked up 12 chooks and fed and cuddled 2 rats.

Feb 28 to March 1 2015 Kinglake, Victoria. Spent three days with a cat breeder in Melbourne. My duties included combing the fluffy cats, feeding and socialising with the kittens, holding the scratchy, bitey end of the male cats while the lady washed their tails. I was also an 'assistant midwife' and held the paw of a lovely cat while she gave birth to seven kittens.

Jan 20 to Jan 30 2015 Karrinyup WA.  Looked after house, one large dog, one Weiro, the garden, eight fish and two Motorbike frogs for 10 days.

Dec 2014/Jan 2015 Lower King WA.  Looked after house, garden and a very old Border Collie dog for 11 days. The dog required 6 medications three times daily and constant observation as her back legs sometimes didn't work. The dog was quite alert and happy at the end of the house sit on January 8th 2015.

Louise did an excellent job of looking after our home and our very old border collie, including giving numerous medications. House was clean, dog was happy and garden was in better shape than when we left. Will ask Louise to house / pet sit again in the future with our young border collie.

Oct 14 to Nov 9 Dunsborough WA.  Looked after the home, watered plants, kept gardens tidy for 4 weeks.

April 2014 Green Range WA Looked after small farm, farm animals and sheepdog.
Ref: Louise and Andy housesat for us for three weeks in April 2014. We have a small farm east of Albany WA with two horses, sheep, hens and a dog. They fed the stock hay, checked the water and generally kept an eye on them. They fed our dog and took her for good long walks to the mailbox to fetch the mail, a two kilometre round trip. Louise looked after the hens, especially Blackie the hen who was due to hatch thirteen eggs. Thirteen chickens hatched and Louise cared for Blackie and her clutch and kept them and the other hens safe from the local fox. The house was kept very clean and tidy and the garden watered.
When we returned from our holiday it was good to know our house and animals had been well cared for.
