My wife Pat and I are semi-retired, and empty-nesters, having lived in the midwest all our lives. We are clean, non-smokers and are into outdoor activities, traveling, seeing new things and meeting new people, as well as fun things like food and wine, gardening and maintaining our home. I am a handyman and can maintain and/or repair most anything home-related. We are fastidious housekeepers and would treat any temporary residence as our own. We have house-sat for friends and relatives over the years and enjoy it immensely. We love all animals and treat them with the utmost respect. We have had many pets of our own, and they are valued and loved members of our family. We love fitness and exercise, so walking or taking care of animals is very familiar to us. Pat is a master gardener, indoors and out, so tending all kinds of flora would be a welcome activity.
