Hi, I'm Shari Schroder, a farm-girl from Iowa who spent the last 30 years climbing the corporate ladder because 'that's where success was'!! Prestige, fortune, happiness!! But in reality, nothing up there had anything to do with my heart besides the pressure! My hard working dad died before he could retire and although I can't change his history...I CAN change my future. I recently sold my beautiful home in California moved (my stuff) back near family in the midwest, but I'm rather lost here. I need to explore.
You would be hard-pressed to find a greater animal lover than me...my friends have always said if they could, they would come back as one of my dogs!! My old doggies are in heaven now but I hope to rescue again soon.
I would be honored to care for your home and/or pets. I have the time now as although not yet retired and in a much smaller income stream, I am able to be my own boss, utilizing my talents as a writer for customers at my choosing which is a much more mobile and flexible career.
