Assignment Description:

This is not a "live in" request.  We would like someone to look in on the place monthly.  Verify general well being of house and garage. Check mail and forward, dispose of Ads and Newspapers.  Septic System needs to be treated monthly from May-October. 3 cars started and run for 10-15 minutes monthly and moved around to prevent tire flagging. Open water system and turn on heat in May each year. Close water system and turn off heat in November.
