19th century restored house in working-class, urban New Haven neighborhood in The Hill/City Point area. Off-street parking. Older dog who likes visitors (but who protects against intruders. Sitter NOT required to walk dog; just feed her & let her out to backyard throughout day). College-educated owners: 1 retired, 1 a healthcare professional with advanced degree. NON-smokers. Home has own secure WiFi network; house sitter's device (e.g. laptop) can be added to network. Modern kitchen; will be stocked as requested by house sitter.
