Description :

One bedroom first floor condo in the Lincoln Square neighborhood. Friendly and compassionate 75 pound dog and two cats need a sitter while we vacation. We also have a 150 gallon saltwater reef aquarium which is fully automated, only need to dump in pre-measured food and top off water from evaporation. Live-in is a must. Sitter is free to use central A/C, all appliances including in-unit washer and dryer. Comcast cable and internet. Patio with out-door grill and seating. Recently rehabbed, clean 850 SF unit. One or two people only. No other guests in unit while sitting. Looking for a responsible, mature, and available individual. Full time worker is ok, but dog needs to be walked every 8 hours or less. Please provide references and requested fees.
