Location: 3 room rural semi detached house about an hour from Athens, 20 minutes from the airport, is provided, in a neighbourhood of five houses, surrounded by fields, vine yards, olive and pine trees. The property is located 5 minutes from the sea. There are other houses in the vicinity many of which are holiday homes.
Responsibities: Take care of the home, notify the owner if any problems occur, feed and walk two friendly dogs, that live outside and enjoy lots of loving hugs and cuddles as well as a cat that likes residing inside and outside the house.
A small vegetable garden and garden will require attention and will provide fresh organic produce.
A responsible, quiet, clean, tidy, respectful, greek or english speaking, non smoking individual or couple, preferably with their own trasportation who have a valid driving license would be people most suited to my temperament.
What is provided: a whole house, barbecue, TV, a bit of an unstable internet(4bps) and all household amenities. Stores are 10 minutes away by car. There is a local bus root that takes you to Rafina (7- 10min away on foot). You can explore the local beaches, enjoy greek food at a multiple of sea tavernas, ancient sites in the area.
I am an experienced host and have collaborated with Workaway, wwhof, airbnb in the past, and believe hospitality is a grace. The dates provided above are preliminary since they depend on my own travels for family reasons. |
