Need reliable trustworthy person who knows about gardening and is willing to care for two cats, one parrot, houseplants, and maybe one ancient dog. Garbage and recycling is put out once a week and every other week respectively.
There are many flower beds, raised beds, and other areas that need judicious conservative watering (alas, no sprinkler system). The property is on a hill with oak woods has a lot of ups and downs. Also, a greenhouse may have some plants in it.
The two cats are very shy but one will eventually warm up to visitors. The other one will be mostly in a closet or under the bed. The parrot definitely prefers women. He is curious and has a diet routine that is not difficult.
Our smallish house is on a creek with mountain views and a very secluded feel surrounded by mature trees. We are over a bridge at the end of a cul de sac. Mostly quiet neighborhood. We have wifi and Apple TV, no cable. Nearest groceries are about 15-20 min. away in South Ogden, but there is a nearby convenience store at a Sinclair station. We are about 15-20 minutes from Snowbasin Resort.
