Contemporary in South Kent, CT. 1Dog, 2 parrots. Large artist studio on property. We are on 9 acres in beautiful South Kent, CT where there are hiking trails, great restaurants, grocery, winter sport activities, and fine medical care. We have a separate building that is a 3400 square foot art studio. We have excellent wi-fi and home theater along with exercise equipment and a fairly new home heating system. All bills are paid for by us. Snow plowing is automatic as are oil deliveries. We have one dog, Paco, and two parrots. We must be able to communicate easily. We do not pay for housesitting. |
