GASCONY FARMHOUSE with DONKEYS, DOG and CATS, POOL and GARDEN
Our renovated 1850 farmhouse sits on the top of a hill with views to the Pyrennees, just outside a village with all amenities.
We will be away from 24 June til 28 July 2018 and would like someone to come and look after our 2 donkeys, 2 cats and a gentle rescued hound (who welcomes walks and affection). There is a big garden (most of which is on an automated watering system), a big pool and wonderful open countryside.
We could collect you from Toulouse airport or station and lend you our car for the duration of your stay. We would then have 24 hours with you for a detailed handover and when we return, it'd be good to have time for a reverse handover.
The house has Wifi & TV with access to UK & French channels, also a piano and abundant books.
It's a spacious, comfortable house, located 1 hour from Toulouse airport (served by Easyjet from Gatwick & Bristol in the UK), 2km from the local village which has a vibrant cafe/restaurant/bar, baker, post office, small supermarket. The village has it's own market on Friday a/noon and there are lots of local markets within 30 minutes' drive.
There is endless lovely walking from the house, through woods, across fields, along valleys.
