The house is 3500 sqft with a pool and sits on 11 acres directly across the street from a lake with hiking trails. Fifteen minutes to Nevada City/Grass Valley. Delightful, helpful and fun neighbors nearby. Very quiet, beautiful area. We are looking for the special person to enjoy our home and keep our lovely dog (female, Willow, brown Doberman) company.
