Hi there! Our house is in a quiet, family neighborhood with easy access to beautiful locales and cultural landmarks of Miami:
30 minutes to South Beach and Miami Beach
20 minutes to Wynwood Art District for art tours, galleries, and events
20 minutes to Aventura for shopping and waterfront
25 minutes to Oleta River State Park
30 minutes to Coconut Grove
25 minutes to Vizcaya Museum and Gardens
You would receive free rent and free electricity and free water (within reason). The home has an alarm system monitored by FrontPoint Security, and you would have your own personal access code. Since the home is currently unfurnished, either you can bring bedding and a few pieces of furniture or we can provide it. While internet is not currently setup, you are welcome to set yourself up with short-term internet, and we'd be happy to pay for it on a monthly basis. This opportunity will be available starting some time between mid-April and mid-May, and will last anywhere between a few weeks and a few months. We own additional properties in Miami and elsewhere in the United States, so if you and we have a good experience this time, there will probably be opportunities for us to match up again soon! You would be required to pass a standard criminal background and references check. If you are unfamiliar with the area, we'd be happy to recommend great restaurants, shopping, cultural experiences, etc. -- we've been here forever!
