I have a beautiful 4 bedroom home in the Highland Park area. of Saint Paul. The house is very spacious with a recently remodeled kitchen, 2 living spaces and 3 bathrooms. I have a job in the travel industry and so I\'ll be going to Europe several times a year for 6 weeks-3 months at a time.
I also have an adorable dog Murphy a 20lb Lhasa Apso mix who would need to be taken care of during this time but other than cuddles, occasional walks, and food- he\'s pretty easy.
I rent out 1-2 rooms on airbnb for extra income so part of the responsibilities would include helping me keep that going. Its really a lot of fun and not much work. It just requires changing the sheets, and doing a quick clean on the bathrooms before each guest arrives and I typically have guests just on the weekends and for no more than 2 weeks at a time. Plus the people who stay without exception all been really fantastic.
Of course it is Winter in Minnesota so part of the responsibilities would also include snow removal but I have a short driveway/sidewalk and a snow blower so this would not be a lot of additional work.
I would like to find someone responsible and good natured who I can trust to look after my home while I\'m away for work. |
