Charming 1887 Craftsman/Victorian home with wood floors, high ceilings, character and charm galore. Ideal house sit for a tidy, cat-loving, retired couple.
Duties include: Cat care - 2 sweet indoor kitties; put food out for feral (but friendly) outdoor kitties. Grounds Care - mow, trim, weed (1/4 acre) HomeCare/AirBnb hosting/housekeeping: If AirBnb does not continue as it has, then I will have to sell, so dates are indefinite, but at least 3 months, probably longer than 6 months, if able. Am flexible on length of house sit with ample notice (at least 30 days).
Will be easier for someone with a car. (No motorcycles as their is no garage.) No other pets, please. (Sorry. My cats need affection and will be stressed by more competition for attention.) |
