Assignment Description:

One bedroom casa with study in historic eastside  Santa Fe with small front courtyard garden and back patio area with koi pond and grill area. New house with modern appliances and old feel...lots of windows and very high ceilings keep it cool during the day. Have just moved in so bedroom and bath is all set up but dining area is still full of boxes that have yet to be unpacked.  Responsible for taking care of elderly cocker spaniel with heart condition that needs medication twice daily (easy to administer pills) water plants in small garden, and keep neighborhood raccoon out of koi pond at night. House is only a few blocks walk from historic downtown and arts district.
