Description:

Post and Beam Tudor style house in country setting, but 2 miles from Interstate, grocery stores. Car available. Small quiet Chihuahua mix female dog and cat - both 12 years old, excellent health. Chloe needs to be walked every morning off leash in the development (only 3 homes here) for 30 minutes or so. She loves to go along in the car as much as possible. 45 minutes from Blue Ridge Parkway, Biltmore House, and Greenville, SC.
