Three bedroom home, set back from the roadway about 900 feet. Must like cats, since we have cat to feed, care for, and pet. He is very laid back. Since there is a large pond in the backyard area, no young children should be living here. We live near the picturesque towns of Milford and Loveland. The closest city is Cincinnati, OH, about half hour away, which has many restaurants, museums, theatres, and sports teams. The University of Cincinnati has a world renowned College Conservatory of Music with many music and theatre events. We have an older lady and gentleman who were writers sit for us. If you are young, we just ask for reliabilitiy and cleanliness.It is nice back here off the road in the tall trees. There is a path to walk the property.We have about 3 yrs of wood to burn. We burn it often. It not only saves on electric but it feels really good. We have a new heat pump with back up wall heaters, so you arent gonna be cold.There are wild turkeys and deer a plenty here. The pond is stocked with channel cats. It is a nature lover's paradise. It's not rugged here but its not a city condo. City water here. Good gravel drive. Snow is not a problem under 4inch fall. Drive is flat. Only a couple times did we leave the car at the street and walk back. We have high speed internet. QueenBeds., Easy chair couch., desk.
