I am looking for a mature couple to care for a home that is on the market. This is a 3,500 sq ft home that is solar heated by a drain back solar system, has a grid tied PV panel to offset electric usage, and has a 400 sq foot sunspace/greenhouse attached to the home's living room that is full of ornamental plants. The house sits on 2 acres, in a small subdivision in the country just 6 miles from town. The home looks out over a nicely xeriscaped yard and subdivision open space. Mountains off in the distance.
Ideally, I would like someone who can bring furnishings and rugs into the space to stage this home elegantly. Otherwise, the furniture will be rented most likely.
I would need this person to maintain the inside (including greenhouse) and outside landscape to keep appearances appropriate for showing property.
No pets, no smoking, no house parties. This house is only 5 years old, and looks great. I want to keep it that way.
This assignment could be short term or long term, depending on when the house is sold. |
