Come into house, flush all toilets, run water in all sinks, and 1 bathtub to make sure all toilets and sink traps have water. Give quick check of interior of house to make sure all is normal. This to be do once a month. You would need to call be before you come, and when you leave, so I could remotely disarm, and then rearm alarm system. This is a ranch with a full basement. Water is on to run oil furnace. |
