Hey there animal lovers! We will be away leaving the morning of 7/17 and returning mid-day on 7/27. I have a menagerie and am looking for a petsitter who will live in our single family, 3400 SF clean and tidy home (cable, internet, outdoor hot tub, gas grill, outdoor yard, front porch, garage parking or street parking). I need you to be there the majority of the time. The longest time that you can be away from the home is 5 hours. Every night must be spent sleeping at our place.
I have 4 dogs and they are all friendly. I have 1-10 year old pomeranian, 1-5 year old Havanese, 1-6 year old terrier mix, 1-9 year old giant labrador. I have 2 cats and 2 rats. My labrador has separation anxiety. He has been going to a doggy psychiatrist for 2 years and it is largely under control. He takes medication every day which helps alot. My dogs are fed in the am and in the pm. The terrier and the lab get 3 walks a day or more if the weather is nice. The pom and the havanese like to hang out in our back yard, so do the other dogs too (weather permitting). The rats need food every morning, the cage needs to be cleaned one time - it is super simple - it takes about 15 minutes from beginning to end. The cats are on auto pilot and you just need to check they have food and water, and scoop 3 litter boxes at least 3 times during the week that we are gone.
Total pet care time per day is approximately 1.5 hours (most of that is dog walking). Litter boxes total time per week is approximately 30 minutes. We are close to the Zhou B Art Center and Bridgeport Art Center, we are a mile from the Ashland Orange line stop. Approximately cross streets are 35th and Racine. |
