What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We have two dogs, three horses, and two house plants. Our 14 yr old 5 pound Pomeranian hates to be alone and loves people. And we have a 7 yr old shih tzu that is sweet as the day is long, hardly ever barks and loves to fetch. We also have three horses that practically take care of themselves. They just need someone to make sure they have water, give grain, and let them know someone is there.

We are looking for a sitter that does not charge a fee and we in turn, provide free accommodations and we pay all all ongoing costs such as electricity and water. While we always tell sitters that they are welcome to what ever food is in the house, a sitter should be prepared to feed themselves.
